NEW ILOILO AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (2001-2008)
The Project is the implementation under the Special Yen Loan Package of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) of the recent study conducted by PHIL.JAC.
PHIL.JAC provided full local consultancy support services to Japan Airport Consultants, Inc. from engineering design services until completion of the defect liability period, namely:
- Pre-construction Phase wherein PHIL.JAC provided engineering services including topographic and parcellary survey, and geotechnical investigation, preparation of preliminary and detailed design, additional environmental study, assisted in pre-qualification, bidding, contract documentation and construction programming;
- Construction Management Phase wherein PHIL.JAC provided supervisory services during the actual construction; and
- Post-construction Phase wherein PHIL.JAC supervised the final works adjustment and final documentation.
